02 — Free 30-minute call
A video call to talk it through. We recommend a package and confirm the price in writing afterwards.
03 — Free homepage preview
Within 3–5 business days you get a clickable preview of your new homepage. No payment yet.
04 — Approve & we build
Happy with the direction? Pay 50% of setup and we build the full thing, connected to your tools.
05 — Launch
Usually 2–6 weeks depending on the package, from when we have your content. The other 50% of setup is due now.
06 — 30-day settle-in
Unlimited small changes and full support while you and your team get used to it. Your monthly plan starts at launch (3-month minimum, then month to month).
AFTER LAUNCH
Your team gets clear, written instructions tailored to your exact setup.
A system nobody uses is a system that failed. During your settle-in period we prepare simple, step-by-step written guides for your platform — not generic help documentation — so any member of staff can read them, follow them, and get on with the job.
New hire in month four? Send them the same set. Changed a workflow? We update the guide. Adoption is part of the delivery, not an afterthought.

If what we launch doesn't do what we agreed in writing, and we can't fix it within 14 days, we refund your setup fee. Simple as that.
You're never trapped
After the 3-month minimum it's month to month with 30 days' notice. Your domain, content and customer data are always yours, and after 12 months the code is too.
